MODEL NUMBERS
The model number lists are provided for your guidance only, we endeavour to keep them as accurate as possible, but because of continual modifications and changes to specifications, some parts may be different from the original. Please always compare the dimensions of the original part with the part you require on the website before ordering.
DELIVERY.
Orders for instock items received and paid for by 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Items that are not in stock will be dispatched as soon as they become available. We aim to keep you informed of the progress of your order in this situation and should we be unable to source the item will of course make a full refund.
There are two choices for delivery (UK only); 1) Royal Mail 1st class, signed for or 2) Next Day Special Delivery by Royal Mail. As above if items are not in stock they will be despatched by your chosen method as soon as they are available. Please note Special Delivery is Monday to Friday only.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
These parts are not stock items, they are ordered by us for customers on an individual basis. Care should be taken when ordering these parts as they are NON RETURNABLE.
Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.
CANCELLATION.
You can cancel an order up to dispatch and will be given a full refund. Goods can be returned to us as long as we receive written confirmation (email or letter) of your intention to do so within seven days of your receipt of the items. Returns must be in the original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Please return using Royal Mail First Class Recorded post.
Cancellation & returns, will be at the expense of the customer.
Please be aware that elements ordered in the Made to measure catagory are regarded as special order items and as such are not returnable.
RETURNS.
Please see details of our cancellations policy (above) for items that are no longer required. Please check goods on delivery and ensure that they have been supplied correctly. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order to obtain a return number which should be enclosed with the part on its return. Parts found to be faulty or incorrectly picked will be accepted for return provided they are as new and not modified or changed in any way. Please return using Royal Mail First Class Recorded post. (as this is the amount of postage which is refundable by us.)
Parts marked SPECIAL ORDER ITEM are non returnable and care should be taken to avoid mistaken orders.
GUARANTEE
All part supplied by us are subject to the manufacturers or our suppliers guarantee. This usually relates to the product being supplied in working order and of merchantable quality, but generally excludes any minimum working life after fitting. Element Replacements will, however, guarantee all supplied parts for six months provided the fitting criteria is adhered to and the parts have not been changed or modified. In the case of some fan oven and grill elements, this guarantee is extended to 12 months - see Product Information & Postage.
Such parts must be returned to us with the original invoice number. Subject to the above criteria, it will be replaced as soon as possible after examination of the faulty part.
In the interest of customer safety, parts should only be fitted by a suitably qualified person with the machine disconnected from the mains supply.

Opening Times
We will be closed for dispatches & enquiries for one week from Monday 6th Sept. The last dispatch will be on Friday 3rd Sept for orders received before 2pm on that day. Dispatches will resume on Monday 13 Sept. Orders can be placed as usual on line during this period.
